LIONS OXYGEN BANK
Lions Club of Mysore Classic has set up, 'Lion Oxygen Bank' for patients and it will start functioning from Jan. 10 at Kiran Nursing Home, M.G. Road, near Siddappa Square, here. (Mob: 98800 09050).
Empty oxygen cylinders along with flow meter etc, will be issued to the needy patients. Application in the prescribed format should be submitted to the in-charge, Lions Oxygen Bank, Kiran Nursing Home, Mysore, and the same to be counter-signed either by President or Secretary or Treasurer of any of the Lions Club of Mysore as a security support or Rs. 6,000 should be deposited in cash as a security deposit, which will be refunded after the return of the cylinder and accessories in good condition. In case of damage, borrower should replace the same with new one.
Oxygen cylinders will be supplied during working hours (10 am to 5 pm except on Sundays and other general holidays). For further details contact Ln. Dharmaraja on 98861 92944 or Ln.
