Medical Camp for Disabled Kids 

A two-day massive medical check-up camp for disabled school children of the city began at K.R. Hospital this morning. Children of schools in city's North Zone were examined by the teams of doctors today. The check-up of children from South Zone will be done tomorrow.

Dr. B.D. Satyanarayana, Medical Superintendent of the Hospital inaugurated the drive organised under the joint auspices of Zilla Panchayat, Department of Public Instruction, Block Education Offices of the two Zones.

Nearly 1,000 disabled children of schools in the zone, their parents and teachers thronged the Hospital premises on the first day today for the special medical check-up.
